So everyone in the world’s doin juices which I don’t have the will power to do. January is the best month to have a full beauty holiday. Here’s some pointers.
1 - Take out your extensions.
2 - Take your nails off and let your natural nails breathe.
3 - Have a make up break and go into the office in just mascara (SCARY)
4 - Try adding grapefruit and lemon and hot water into your diet to give your skin  and energy a boost.
5 - Embrace the texture, don’t use any heat appliances on your hair for the month and watch your condition improve.
6 - Invest in some new products and chuck out your year old lip balms. Lip balms and moisturisers are so important in the winter to keep your skin soft and not crack in the cold.
Having a total beauty detox, much like the food version, makes you introduce the toxins back in slowly and ideally, only use them when absolutely needed and not just every day.
